Churchs George Double Monk Strap
A gorgeous pair of Custom Grade Churchs George Double Monk Strap shoes in brown grained calf leather from Church – perfect for dressing-up or dressing-down. They are in excellent used condition overall – notwithstanding a little creasing across the vamps and the odd surface mark here and there. There are also a couple of loose stitches at the heel of the right shoe (see photos). This pair have been professionally fitted with ‘Dainite’ rubber soles and heels and are unworn since. They are in their original box.
But, please remember, these are not new so do not bid on them if you want a pair of completely unmarked shoes – they will cost considerably more !!
The style is ‘George’ – beautifully proportioned with small silver-coloured buckles and a cap-toe.
The width fitting is ‘F’ – which is the ‘standard’ width fitting. This pair were built on the elegant 002 Last.
The shoes feature brand new ‘Dainite’ rubber soles, grained calf leather uppers and full leather linings.
Wonderful quality shoes from a traditional English shoemaker.
